Following the sucess of his debut album, The Protectors,
Kristofer Lee Bentley goes all-out with the sequel, THE PROTECTORS II.
Well-known as half of the duo Sundy Best, Bentley is a mainstay of the rock & Americana scene thriving in Eastern Kentucky.
Kristofer, a proud Eastern Kentucky native, has performed at festivals and venues across the region as both an independent artist and a part of collaborations with other musicians. His tasteful blend of rock, folk, Americana, and country will leave you smiling with his easy going and loving spirit. His music is capable of pulling the strings of any music lovers heart.
“The Protectors II” was recorded and mixed by John Chaney at Angry Jay Audio in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Chaney’s studio is fast becoming the hotspot for artists and bands in the Eastern Kentucky area.
Chaney has worked with an extensive list of regional acts including Downtrend, Black Belt Preacher, Brady Robinson & The Coal Rush Band, Days Within, Ryan Osborne, Luke Sanders, The Pastime Band, LunaGeist, Kevin Harmon, Thomas Hall, Johnny Pop Day & Exit 23, Mirrored Image, and Medusa’s Barber.
The album was mastered by Joe Procopio at 2Track Mastering in Philadelphia.
Projects he has mastered have been nominated for the ISSA Awards, Josie Music Awards, Na Hoku Hanohano Awards,
the Native American Music Awards, and have been submitted for Grammy® consideration in multiple years.
He is a member of The Recording Academy and a member of the Audio Engineering Society (AES).
